The room was looked super fresh with a spacious living area and kitchen facilities, perfect for a getaway with friends or family. The location of the hotel was great, close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. the secure and well-managed facilities provided peace of mind. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in the city.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city centre. The service was amazing, especially Fran on the night shift who couldn't do enough for us at the reception desk. The room amenities were fantastic, including an iron and ironing board, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The bar and restaurant were excellent, and the staff were always willing to help. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the washing machine and dryer.
Families should definitely stay at this place!

Close to shopping centre, next to the shops, near everything. Located in the heart of the city, convenient for transportation. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location surrounded by bars, shops, and amenities. Fantastic shopping complex nearby. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, hairdryer, and complimentary tea and coffee. Conveniently located near a supermarket. Comfy living space with iron, iron board, and Bluetooth speaker.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with shops, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. It is situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring. The apartments are clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist. On top of that, the secure parking is a great bonus for those arriving by car.
The entrance and corridors of the building are narrow, which can be quite difficult to navigate with a pram.

Traveled to explore Liverpool, this apartment was an excellent home base for doing it. We appreciated that it was 5 mins away on foot from Zizzi - Liverpool One, had lunch/dinner there.
